D.A.E stands for Diploma Of Associate Engineering. It’s a three years regular course in engineering disciplines. Threshold qualification for admissions in DAE is Matriculation with science. One of the unique characteristic and advantage of DAE is to get instant jobs, just after three years of education post matriculation, in various governments, Semi Government, Private and other corporate national & multinational organizations, within the country and abroad all over the world in the concerned fields of Engineering.

 Nomenclature of their jobs is Associate Engineer, Sub-Engineer, Assistant Engineer, SDOs etc however generally they are called as Engineers by the public.

DAE is equivalent to Fsc Pre-Engineering and after getting this diploma a Students can continue education in Engineering Universities in the accredited programs with Pakistan engineering council (PEC), and Pakistan Technology Council (PTC) and all other physical sciences and Humanities qualifications offered by Higher Education Commission.
